Common questions on billing and policy.
Is there a free trial?
No. We believe the free community access and visible content gives a clear enough idea of what is possible with Lexic. However, if you quickly realize Lexic isn't for you, a refund is possible.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by the major credit card providers (Visa, American Express & Mastercard).
How does my subscription renew?
Once it's begun, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of every billing period (month or year). You will receive an informative email a few days in advance to remind you of this, in case you want to switch plans or cancel.
Do I need to enter credit card details to sign up?
Not at all. You'll be asked for credit card details only when you need & choose a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch upgrade or downgrade at any time, without any sort of delay. Prorating between both plans will be handled automatically.
What is your refund policy?
If you change your mind within 14 days of the start of your subscription to a paid plan, we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. You'll be downgraded to the free plan, no content will be lost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel with one click from the interface, without having to directly contact anyone. Your subscription will remain active until the end of its current billing cycle, then will not renew.
What happens to my content if I cancel/refund?
Nothing. It will stay published, you will still be able to edit/amend it. You will however, no longer be able to publish new content.
